1Blocker lets you block ads, trackers, and other unwanted web content. It's easy to use and doesn’t slow down Safari. 1Blocker comes with over 120,000 built-in blocker rules. It is very configurable and all your settings are synced over iCloud.
The “blocks more ads” part is probably mostly because AdGuard allows you to add the “normal” blocklists that you find all around the Internet (plus it has a large collection of built-in ones already).
IIRC 1Blocker uses its own format, which isn’t as prevalent.
