He did not code that website himself.

I can understand that you question him, but the scammers exist. I’ve called some of them in the past. There are websites on which their numbers are posted. Scamming is literally a billion dollar industry.

If the scammer is patient and working full time, the call can reach 8+ hours, and they can STILL call back the next day.
