He can’t pardon himself of state charges, only federal, at least for now.

OK, yes, you are correct and I had not looked at the comparison study. Very cool! Ty.
Cats, even domesticated species, are still obligate carnivores, as in they will die of malnutrition eventually if they are put on a non-meat diet.
They 100% need to eat meat to survive. Vegan cat food will kill them slowly as they can’t properly process the proteins in plants.
Cats are carnivores.
CoffeeStain has fixed some crazy Satisfactory saves that went all the way back to update 2 from 2019.
Seriously! With the way Ubisoft has been operating lately, I won’t be surprised if they cut off the end of the campaign story and put it behind a $40 DLC.
Lemmy.world becoming the default Lemmy instance, and it growing to outsize all other instances is a danger: it makes the Fediverse centralized, easy to take down and easy to take over.
So tiny women are incapable of being strong?
Nicotine-free vapes still develop the oral habit in children and has been shown to be an easy entry into other vapes. Also propalene glycol really isn’t great for your lungs, and constantly sucking on a vape that uses it does negatively effect your breathing.

It’s actually a “test things first and have a proper change control process” thing. Doesn’t matter if it’s open source, closed source scummy bullshit or even coded by God: you always test it first before hitting deploy.
Yeah, I totally get that, but how are there FOSS applications on iOS that aren’t side loaded? At best you can get paid ports/skins of open source software through the app store, but Apple changes developers a small fortune to put apps in the store, which generally equates to no free apps that don’t rely on ads or in-app purchases.
Please excuse my non-iOS using ignorance, but isn’t FOSS antithetical to Apple’s closed ecosystem and extreme limitations on side-loading?
If you just look a pure numbers, sure, you can make it sound good. When you go look at the types of accidents, it’s pretty damning. Waymo and Cruise both have a history of hitting parked cars and emergency vehicles. Tesla Autopilot is notorious for accelerating at the back of parked emergency vehicles.
The issue is not the overall track record on safety but how AV accidents almost always involve doing something incredibly stupid that any competent, healthy person would not.
I’m not personally against self driving cars once they’re actually as competent as a human in determining their surroundings, but we’re not there yet.
I see you’re not familiar with the trend of autonomous vehicles hitting pedestrians and parked cars. They’ve been completely banned They were suspended from San Francisco after many, many incidents. So far their track is inferior to humans (see Tesla Autopilot, Waymo, and Cruise), so you don’t need to worry about perfect.
Keywords there are ‘old Android’. I haven’t had a phone do that classic android slowdown in years.
Not state level offenses, only federal crimes, at least as the law stands now.
