The main bug I encountered on the PS4 when I originally played it, was that a line of dialogue would be said and then it would just sit there for like 10 minutes just showing your character and then I would move onto the next character. Then they would say their dialogue And then it would wait another 10 fucking minutes and then this kept happening for hours.

I would definitely recommend inquisition first, sets ip the story and its also a 10/10 game. I dont think you HAVE to play it first but it would help i think.
