Sad but true 😢
Yep, I have the same result from whois
Yeah, nearly three years ago when I first saw Lemmy I found the idea so cool but I didn’t expect people not interested in fun rust projects to actually come here. And here we are now with an active platform with a wide variety of users !
I agree. Especially since tons of password managers exist on the market and in many forms. I would rather prefer that they improve Proton Drive and Proton Calendar, that are to me much more complementary to Proton Mail.
I hate the current trend of open worlds everywhere.
It makes sense for some games (e.g., Skyrim, GTA), but most games would be much better with a more linear world. The open worldness just makes most games boring after 10-15 hours of gameplay, in particular when game devs like to include collectible quests everywhere.
No, I don’t think so. I still think that it requires a different phone number on each phone. But I agree with you that it is annoying that they do not allow it, especially since they could simply imitate the functionality that exists on the desktop apps.
I mainly use Signal, but sometimes have to fall back to SMS for people that aren’t on Signal. I also have matrix accounts, but I never really use them since I don’t have anyone among my friends and family that uses matrix.
I feel like karma is a bad metric to track quality contributions, especially if it is global to all communities. It’s far too easy to farm. People that make useful contributions in specific communities will be known over time by other members of said community anyway.
What paid plan do you use ? If it’s not the ultimate plan, do you often go over the “limit” ? I’m interested, but I have a hard time knowing what plan I will actually require.
Yes liberapay doesn’t take any commission.
This. It makes it much more unlikely to see tons of reposts, and as such it will be easier to see new interesting stuff.
I would agree with most about DA:O and Awakening. I consider that DA2 is also a good game, BUT it is really different from DA:O, and I feel like I liked it more after having replayed it later on.
I don’t really like DA:I, and it is only worth it if you also play the endgame DLC, because the base game ending is really underwhelming. And, the game managed to implement everything that I hate about “Open World” games.
