Obviously. But have you accessed fb in the last 5 years? There’s no content anymore, just ads.

I mean, is it? It’s pretty much just boomers using it regularly now.
Yeah I moved to bing a year ago, it genuinely is.
We’re talking about why people like working with people face-to-face, so how is that not important? 😆 It’s pretty much the only factor that matters to me in terms of wanting to work in the physical office or not.
Yeah we all are mate, neither of us have much choice in that 😆 Doesn’t mean it doesn’t attract wonderful people.
Obviously I do, some of them are close friends now. But being around 100 people I really like for 27 hours a week is really good for me. During the pandemic I only went into the physical office once a week and it made me realise how much I appreciate that kind of socialisation.
You shouldn’t have pain just from sitting. Doing yoga or pilates or other strength exercises can stop this from happening.
Not far off, it’s a worker co-op 😆
Depends on where you work. My colleagues are brilliant, I’ve made lifelong friends at my work place but then it’s quite a radical work environment so attracts interesting people. I’d be gutted if I couldn’t see them every week.
Lots of gum (in the UK anyway) doesn’t contain plastic now.
The modifiers haven’t seemed to work for a long time.
Definitely do both if you need to, but don’t under estimate exercise. I went from 10.5st to 9.5st just doing couch to 5km and then continuing to run 5km 3 times a week, no other dietary changes.
Running for half an hour burns about 400 calories. 1 hour of running, 800. 3 runs a week can burn a day’s worth of calories. Don’t understate the impact exercise has.
I drink water.
It does sound like an obsessive trait but if it’s not causing you any problems and it makes you happy, then why not?
Although, a tip for you or anyone else reading this - letting your hair completely dry naturally without towel-drying it can make the texture so much nicer. I stopped towel-drying mine completely and now it dries with lovely, soft waves, no frizz at all.
Not in my accent 😂
Nice mellun / nice smellin(g)
Hopefully staying fit, making some new memories with friends, making music, appreciating the time I’ve got here as much as I can.
I don’t think it’s difficult to understand that people feel moved by atrocities that are closer to them. The UK directly helped create present day Israel and the colonisation of Palestinian land. Our current government also supports Israel in their attack on Gaza, meaning our taxes are being used to fund weapons and aid the genocide that’s happening right now. Of course people are protesting here.
Does it mean people don’t care about Tigray? Or course not, but we have less direct influence over what’s happening there.
Agreed on period variation. I remember my teacher telling everyone women didn’t lose more than a teaspoon of blood over the course of a period and I was so confused because I could be sitting over the toilet and losing a teaspoon’s worth in 2 minutes. But no, apparently I was misjudging the amount.
I felt vindicated when I later bought a mooncup and it would fill up in an hour 😆
Just family members of that age group really.
