IPA stands for Indian Pale Ale. It was brewed with and excessive amount of hops, so the beer would survive the long trip to India without getting a bad taste (so the taste would turn good after the long trip in different climates). It turned out, some idiots (like me) like the weird taste of the pre-travel beer to India. Bitter sweet. Weissen was invented because a monk forgot a keg outside the monastery during winter which partially frozen, but tasted surprisingly good. Champagne was invented because a farmer wanted to speed up the process and tried the wine during the fermenting process instead of waiting and discovered it had bubbles.

For what purpose? Shampoo is for ungreasing hair. A great alternative is water. Any soap is for bonding with fats. You could start washing your hair with shampoo less often, like once every month or so. But imo it’s fine with not washing with shampoo at all. Just water. I have to say, I do not have a job where my hair gets dirty. I wouldn’t recommend stop using shampoo when you work in a coal mine or as a firefighter for example. I stopped using shampoo. My hair and skin have never been better. Shampoo takes away the skin oils, so the skin needs to compensate by producing more skins oils, making your hair greasy. Stop using shampoo makes it worse for a week, then it gets better and the hair stops being greasy. Shampoo is just an unnecessary addiction.

When you rented the car and the rental company doesn’t log user data, it’s impossible to prove who was the driver. But the rental company isn’t to blame, as they didn’t break the law.

Same with VPN providers. They provide a legitimate service which people could use for illegal business. But when there is no user data, there’s no proof of who did it. But the VPN provider can’t be blamed either, they did nothing wrong.

Those are just the biggest sites. Also 12 is a porn site. But it doesn’t say anything about the size of the total porn on the web. Like, amount of sites and content. Estimates are roughly 80% of the entire internet is porn.
