You can get very good stereo speakers and a quality amp for a few hundred bucks.
The idea that you need to spend thousands is a myth. It’s more about form factor than specs. Sound bars suck. Full range woofers don’t.

Sizzling hot take, lol
Came here to say:
Probably cost $25k over the years. I’m extremely grateful our pet insurance covered 80-90% of that.
Dude just turned 10 and he’s healthy and happy enough to start treating his arthritis.
To put it into perspective, the GBA sp is 21 years old.
When the GBA sp came out, the NES was 20 years old.
Sounds pretty retro to me 😎
You couldn’t be more wrong.
All my teacher friends wind up working 10 hour days on average.
They work during breaks.
They work during summer.
Good teachers don’t just show up for classroom time then disappear.
Teaching.
College degree mandatory, graduate degree preferred.
Yearly continuing education costs.
Out of pocket expenses for classroom materials.
Sometimes providing food for kids who don’t have it.
Famously low salaries and very long hours.
But what about that makes it “men’s” shampoo, chemically? Do women never need to wash grease out of their hair?
I understand you’re point. I’m just reiterating that the formula is needlessly gendered. “Shampoo for hard water and heavy duty cleaning” just doesn’t sell in our version of socialized society I guess.
What does that mean, exactly though? Will it make a man sick if he uses it? Or is it just a way for a company to appeal to a certain customer who believes men and women are too different to enjoy similar things?
“products for men” are made up nonsense from companies who are trying to profit off of people’s insecurities.
We have been deeply conditioned as American consumers, but I’m sick of it! Fuck marketing. Fuck gender roles.
Reject marketing. Reject gender roles. Reject artificial constructs that only serve to oppress and control you.
Easier said than done, but seriously fuck marketing.
There’s no laws preventing you from using what you perceive as women’s hair care products.
Most people can’t afford new cars, let alone new cars priced way above average.
Technology connections, and it’s not particularly close.
Water, electricity, or both?
Thanks for posting.
I’m glad he’s thought through a lot of his more inflammatory positions and seems to have evolved a more nuanced take on things.
That link doesn’t work for me.
I also used to watch this guy very regularly but stopped when I found out he’s a political gun nut who open carries his AR-15 specifically to anger people and make them uncomfortable.
There’s a video of him inside a store with a rifle ranting about some poor politician and their effort to prevent gun violence. Easy to find if you search for it.
ACAB
I paid 26k for 8.4kw three years ago from A&R solar in Seattle.
Not currently. Except for starvation wage retail. Tech hiring is still mostly frozen and smaller companies tend to just copy larger ones.
