Then the sob convinced the CTO to eliminate half of the IT staff across the board (14 people total) and replace them with off shore Indian labor to save money. Once I realized what had happened I decided it was best to resign. Especially when my boss expected me to lead team meetings with the off shore Indian team at 4AM PST / 4:30PM IST. And still come into work at 7AM til 5-6-7PM
