Holy crap, that cosplay sure is a thing.

At work I use a planck paired with a numpad. It’s perfect for me, but it was definitely a learning experience. Probably 2 weeks or so to get used to it. Most people would probably like a preonic more, the number row is a must for gaming and it makes learning quicker.
Olkb.com can probably answer most questions you have. They where one of the first to bring ortholinear keyboards to the market. Planck and Preonic are models they make. Preonic has a number row, planck doesn’t. MNT is a company making open and hackable devices like laptops, they aren’t making devices for the masses, instead trying to make something that is longer lasting and repairable. Their ‘pocket’ model has an ortholinear keyboard built in, and I just think that’s neat.
I have a planck at work and a preonic at home. It takes some time to get used to but now that I have switched I will never go back. I might try something split like a corne next but I’m kind of waiting for something that matches my olkb boards a bit better. Ortholinear would be the new standard if I had my way. I’m also eyeing that MNT Reform pocket pretty hard for that awesome keyboard but I really want them to release a tactile switch option for it.
My hands are pretty medium sized, and I think it’s the most comfortable portable device I have ever had in my hands. It is however a bit heavy. It’s also not a pocket device like the Gameboy was, although most DS are not very pocketable either.
I also think that the marketing failed hard. I don’t remember seeing any ads for the game, and the marketing in Japan made it seem like a bait and switch for Mother 3. It also released pretty close to the Japanese mother 3 release as well.
I was going to mention Contact being a unique game, glad I’m not the only one who remembers it fondly. The reviews upon release where not great but I thought it was a pretty good game.
This is what I came here for. Can’t forget about the chubby one.
I think I prefer Lemurians https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lemuria
MacOS is actually not a BSD as some people like to think. It is Unix, it used to be posix tested but it has never, ever been a BSD. MacOS is based on the mach kernel, a kernel that was intended to replace the BSD kernel for a GPL licensed Unix. Most of the people who wanted a GPL Unix just went with Linux in the end. We are still waiting to see what Hurd has to off though. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mach_(kernel)
Teams is absolutely used already or going to be used to train AI. Probably already has been used in corporate espionage. And yes, IIS is a steaming pile of shit compared to the alternatives. It’s really only even entertained as an option at smaller businesses in my experience.
My Panasonic camera makes RW2 files for raw photos, I imagine most raw photo editors will open and convert them fine. I use darktable.
Actually happened to me too. I’m pretty far into the game but I made the mistake of trying to play 2 JRPGs back to back. The older I get, the less I’m able to grind that much. I have to switch up genres between my main gaming love of RPG to something else in between to not get burnt out.
I have played earthbound many times before I played mother. If you are a huge fan of the series, yes it’s worth playing. But it’s not necessary, earthbound is almost more of an enhanced remake than a sequel. Sure, there are some differences, but nothing compared to mother 3.
Mother, NES, 1989
I’m fine with people eating mayo. I hate it it, but it’s not my mouth so I don’t care. I’m not ok with people labeling their mayonnaise trash a hot sauce. It’s not ok.
Checkin’ my email hopin’ it’s from a female
Now that’s an idea. I’d join that patreon.
