I’ve been meaning to play something else, but I keep playing Shattered Pixel Dungeon…
I really wanted to give Helldivers 2 a try, but I don’t really feel like installing the rootkit bullshit for a co-op game.I’ve heard from here about a Deep Rock Galactic autoshooter, might give that a try.
I’d give drg survivor a couple more updates.
I can’t stop playing the Batman: Arkham games. They’re so damn good.
Gonna have to switch to something else soon though, cause I’m running out of content.
Very little apparently, life has been busy.
I finally found the last secret seashell in Links Awakening, so I’ll probably go finish the game this weekend. I’m replaying on Hero mode and intend to get everything in the game (just need to buy the last few chamber stones and complete Dampe’s bonus dungeons).
Other than that, I’ve been messing around with my Steam Deck and hope to get to some of those games soon.
What have you been messing with on your steam deck.
Mostly just getting Heroic (GOG and EGS games) to play nicely in Steam and setting up emulators. So far, I’ve mostly just been playing Steam games, so just branching out a bit.
The minecraft mod pack I am working on:
I started playing Transport Inc. Now I can’t stop
Gave Helldiver’s 2 a whirl but it’s shitty with MKB. If you’re willing to play a shooter with a controller it’s probably pretty good.
DRG Survivors is fun but my first autoshooter, so kind of weird. Great to play with one hand tho. This one I do play with a gamepad ha
Is controller really that much better? I was skeptical when I heard my peeps were playing on compy with sticks.
I think the dance dance revolution mechanic is trash, but I could accept it more with a gamepad. And the movement and animation is absolutely intended for an analog stick, so when that translates to a “D-pad” (wasd) it feels janky. But I haven’t actually played it with a gamepad so I really can’t say, but I think it’s not good on kbm.
Palworld sucked me in, I’m playing with my partner, we had a lot of fun, now it’s getting a little stale, we will probably wait for full release to pick it up again.
I’ve been playing a lot of Balatro, and also Chants of Senaar on the side.
Thinking of finally picking up HiFi Rush now that it’s finally on the PS5, which is pretty much the only system I get to game on these days.
