    if you’re buying fries and your SO is going to be anywhere in the vicinity before they’re eaten, just buy 2 automatically. if they don’t eat them all, more for you

        “Onion Rings $2.95” lol. I ordered onion rings with my gyro from a local place the other day without checking the menu first and was shocked to see they were $7.95 when I picked up my order. When I got home I was even more shocked to see there were only six small rings (like 2" in diameter) in the too-large box. When I went back next time I complained about how few onion rings there were and they pointed to the menu which explicitly stated that you get six onion rings with the order.

        One nice thing about COVID and the inflation is that I rarely eat out any more. I found out I can cook better food myself for way less money.

      Exactly, I always do that in case a SO suddenly materializes. You don’t want to miss the opportunity.

    Feels weird to be unreasonably specific about the number of fries but it lends honesty to your words.
