Wow these look awesome, thanks!
I did run through eternal darkness last year though
The M rated Nintendo published game! How was it?
Had a lot of fun! The ending definitely pulled some heart strings
Not yet with Majora’s Mask, I just started getting into emulation/retro gaming because of my Steam Deck and getting involved with it’s community, which led me to a cool application called emudeck. Got super into the retro scene since then, and a lot of these games came out before I was born so it’s fun to try them and have fun with a lot of these gems; been having a blast since. Will definitely give it a go now tho! Do you think I should first do Ocarina of Time or does that not matter?
because no one wants to track me.
I get you’re just joking here but I would like to point out that this is a flawed way of thinking. Someone will spite you for whatever reason they can think of and will try to ruin your life whether its because of your political beliefs or just because of who you are as a person, cause sadly thats the internet right now
I think I somewhat recall during the peak Wii U disaster era, during shareholder meetings Nintendo would call the games for the system “Software”. So, that’d definitely backfire on them I’m sure
Oh okay that helps a lot, Thanks. I guess a lot of people are trying to spin it like this is the official server.
I didn’t know it was because of them supporting LGBTQ+, mostly because they’ve been doing that for a very long time now and very publicly. I thought most of the backlash stemmed from this;
I’ll throw in my two cents; Whitelight.
His bio describes his channel perfectly, “the dark souls of game media.”
Goes super in depth reviewing games, such as how they’re structured, and somehow keeps me entertained throughout
Not sure if this will help, but find my device on F-Droid is awesome. You can use generic SMS and send “fmd locate” or you can use third party apps such as signal. This makes it so it’ll only trigger whenever you receive that text message rather it running 24/7
It allows you to setup a trusted set of contacts who can then send you a text message “fmd locate”, and it’ll reply with an openstreetmaps link showing where you are. It’s not real time tho
And you can disable it simply by turning off your location
When I was 13 and still watching LTT I had an extremely old dell optiplex with a 3rd or 4th gen i7 that was really starting to slow down on Windows; I just thought it was old hardware (partially true) but then LTT released a video about Pop_OS and was like “oo what’s Linux” and just deleted Windows and installed it. Never looked back! Everything was super snappy and I was really shocked.
yeah, Linux is a kernel, not an OS, build whatever you want onto it.
you guys have thoughts?
There’s no emulation. Worst case scenario, the game is using Microsoft’s proprietary DirectX graphics API, so we translate those calls to Vulkan or OpenGL with DXVK. That’s simply out of our control since we cannot see or modify the code, but everything else is running on Linux.
Intel actually uses DXVK on Windows for better compatibility and performance for their Arc GPU’s.
what?
greg just fucking cooked
They allow you to use a link instead for saving settings, which can also be used to set as your default search engine
